Your last update is awful! On iOS7 it doesnt work!

I am writing again as they cannot solve the problem!!! It is not possible to open the app after having it on my ipad for few years (and paying a lot of money for it)!! Plus I am not able to download it on my iPhone! Please fix the problem!

I bough example sounds and I cannot download it. Because your serves gives too slow speed and It flounders. I tried to download it four time but it still without any success. Please, give me more speed.

Awful support. Stole my money, dont give refund. Support told to wait a week for server to approve my purchase! Wtf?

Support doesnt answer, and application after update asks to pay money again. 3 weeks, 8 letters. So they just dont care about your previous money.

Dear Sirs/Madams I love using your dictionary for studying lots of new English words. It really is the best dictionary. However, I would like you to make it more convenient to study new words. First of all, I think that it is necessary to supplement the Longman Communication 3000 list with information about bookmarks of the words. I think that many of us, who use your dictionary, require this, because it is always much more convenient to add new unfamiliar words using the Longman Communication 3000 list. For example, Ive been through the General Service List of Wiktionary and now I would like to study other words from the Longman Communication 3000 list. It would be much easier if this list showed me my bookmarks and I had the possibility of marking new words right in the list. Secondly, I would like to use your dictionary like an iPod; for example, while I am exercising at the gym or driving my car. It would be much better if your dictionary were able to play phrases audibly when the screen of my iPhone is off. Also, you could think more about different varieties of combinations or the order of playing phrases. I think that these improvements would make your dictionary to be much more competitive.

Dear Friends, You released a new version with updated look for iPhone 6 plus, but its still the same, it seems like nothing changed, could you check on this?

Stopped working after update to iOS9 and 9.0.1. Unable to open the app on the iPad Air 2. I need to use the dictionary every day but I cant! I purchased this app in 2012 and there have been many troubles since then especially when buying a new iOS devices or updating. Are you going to fix that???

Becomes obsolete very quickly, no online updates. In this case I was not even able to reinstall it after some time as it has passed on to other publishing houses which have different (hectic) unlocking procedures. The email I received involved: giving them a code, my personal wifi address, snapshots of my purchases and then no one even bothers to reply. This has to be repeated every single time you want to reinstall it!
